Can you design a file to be printed?
Unfortunately we cannot provide design services for your 3D projects. You may be able to find a freelance CAD designer on services such as Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
What is the turnaround?
We aim to turnaround printing within 10 working days, depending on quantities and materials chosen.
What is the maximum size you can print?
The maximum size per part to be printed is 250mm3.
Do you keep my files?
Your quote will be valid for 2 weeks from date of issuance. We will store your file securely until this date, or until we have printed your file, whichever is sooner, and then it will be permanently deleted.
What file formats do you support?
We support the following file formats: .3mf, .stl, .stp, .step, .amf & .obj
What materials do you support?
We currently support PLA and ABS, but we can order additional materials if required.
